Domiciliary Care

Domiciliary Care exist for people who need a helping hand while they are in the comfort of their own home and still retaining their independence and friends and family connections. This is a range of services put together to help while at home and at One Call Care, as we provide person centred care; we cater to each person’s unique needs prioritising their preferences for better experiences.

Our professionals are available on call for daily visits and for live-in-care and this meets the needs of many users and families; care at home gives them control over the care they receive. This can be done on a one-to-one care basis or more if needed. Domiciliary care can be offered to people with varying circumstances and conditions; so much so that there is no individual it is or isn’t suitable for.

At One Call Care, our staff are well trained and so are competent to the bespoke care services to the wide range of needs of different levels of care provided with at home caring; we can handle these needs whether they be straight forward or complex.

Visiting Care VS Live-In-Care

With our visiting care, our professionals will visit as little or as often as you wish throughout the week so that our expect care and support is provided to give the best quality of life and manage any conditions. Our visits start from thirty minutes to as long as necessary depending on the individuals care needs in the care plans provided for each person.

With Live-in Care, we place our well-trained live-in carers in the homes of those to receive the care to provide personalised care everyday for as long as needed; this offers constant support around the clock with the help right at home.

Our professionals 

With regular visits or in-home care, our fully trained carers can assist in maintaining your independence in your own home. They assist you retain your quality of life and independence by doing the following things, all while concentrating solely on you and your needs:

  • Personal care

    • Your domestic carer can do tasks including bathing

    • Using the restroom,

    • Dressing in a discrete and respectful manner.

  • Household tasks

    • Our carer can assist you throughout your home with chores like cleaning and vacuuming,

    • Doing the laundry

    • Emptying the trash, and preparing meals.

  • Mobility support at home

    • We have gone through training in mobility support, allowing them to assist clients with tasks like getting in and out of bed and moving around the house.

  • Light medical support

    • Our fully qualified carers can provide medical assistance such as suppositories, PEG feeding, and catheter care, and can accompany to appointments.

    • Doctor or health centre visits and prescription collection, reminders & prompting.

    • Personal Care and Individual grooming

  • Friendly companionship

    • Considering every one of our caretakers was carefully chosen for their sympathetic dispositions, they all make fantastic companions.

  • Getting out and about

    • Our professionals can assist you in organising your travel and can go with you whether you wish to visit family, go shopping, or take a vacation.
